You are using local config file config.console.php.  Unable to pull your RelateBase module - either (1) your acct value is not correct, (2) your password (pw) value is not correct (it can be plaintext or md5), (3) Your RelateBase account or module have not been set up, or (4) Your module has a configuration error (a) SKU!=051 or (b)No item with Type=Configuration.  An email has been sent to the developer
